Documento que sera enviado para as nacoes Unidas comissao Europeia e a Uniao Africana

Sou Alberto Rodrigues investigador na area da ciencia economica e digital Com a permissao das embaixadas do Estados UNidos e Inglaterra nos paises Lusofones gostaria de publicar uma primeira parte de un documento que sera enviado para as Nacoes UNidas ,Uniao Africana, Comissao Europeia ,

,nas platformas new media dos mesmos e depois enviar convidos para Governos autoridades locais e regionais ,Universidades ,camaras de comercio para seguirem o conteudo presentado

Nessa  primeira parte do conteudo estou apresentando 3 pontos 

A realidade demonstra que mesmo que o problema da Ebola vai ser rezolvido hoje durante un periodo de 3-5 anos os turistas e investidores vao continuar a evitar o continente POr tais motivos em paralelo com as accoes de luta contra o mal deve ser lancado un proigrama experimental que tera como objetivo
1) Apoiar certos centros de pesquisas e Universidades em varios paises Africanos para realizar investigacoes e criar alternativas comerciais que possam ajudar o continente a compensar as perdas que tera de certa forma a manter o ritmo de crescimento economico e desemvolvimento que o continente tem vindo a a ter nos ultimos anos
2) Identificar as aleternativas de negocios e investimentos que podem permitir o continente a obter milhares de euros criar milhoes de empregos sem que as pessoas e mercadorias possam viajar ou ser transportadas de un lugar para outro
3) Promover no exterior oportunidades de negocios que trazem mai de 25% lucros em menos de 25 semanas no continente Africano sem que os investidores sejam obrigados a estar presente no continente viver ali e nem ter que transportar mercadorias no interior do continente como tambem fora

Na segunda parte desse documento serao apresentadas informacos de uma importancia estrategica ainda maior

que seja feito os primeiros passos para que a contribuicao da economia digital chega a ser num curto prazo de tempoo 17% Com essa ocassiao para alem de outras vantagens economkica vai crescer tambem o volume de servicos oferecidos pelas empresas de Telecomunicacos AFricanas e vendas de centenas de milhoes de euros de produtos que fazem parte de ofertas das empresas
Devido a importancia que tudo isso tem para a economia do continente brevemente vou apresentar aquilo que que os Liceus e as Universidades AFricanas devem comecar a fazer para poderem ajudar os paises Africanos a suas economias a atingir tais objetivos

Africa can valorise his Talent Tradition and Tourism in a very genuine way and by this ocassion get billions euros and create millions of well paids jobs

For the first time in Africa history a single project will be capable to solve millions of problems which have been affecting the continent and every separate country ,but this is not all because the same project will help Barack Obama ,Angela Merkel ,David Cameron  to achive differents strategics goals

Apart of this the same project will help Europe Union to descouraje fascism and extremism   in a very positive way Italy Spain to descouraje the immigration exodus in their country

HOW THIS PROJECT CAN HELP  AN AFRICAN COUNTRY ,BARACK OBAMA AND HIS PARTY TO ACHIEVE SPECIFICS GOALS?

Barack Obama have a greate chance to become the first USA president who can help his party to win for a third time consecutives USA  presidential elections ,after he will  finish his second mandate In order to help Barack Obama and democratic party to achieve this goals

This is so  awsome ..if i was an English speaking  citizens i should find the right words to make you understant how powerfull   the link will be and how it will sensibilise African Americans and make them mobilise in the righ way to vote democratic party

This is also fantastic because  in the same time it help an African Government to sensibilise people from his country  become more symphatised and respected by his electors ,make African people to be proud of their country ,be more closed to African authorities

In the otjer hand it will  help Hillary Clinton ,and Democratic party to surprise in a very positive mode millions of  African Americans electors because for the first time in the African history they will see how African will  surprise the planet valorysing in a fatastic and innovative way  his Talents ,Traditions and Tourism ,teach Europe Union how they can use multicultural advantages to get billions and create millions of jobs

I have to stop for a while to tell you who i am because they way i did those researches and create those projcts concepts and the practical results those projects will bring to Africa USA and Europe Union you  might see the name of Alberto Rodriigues among those who will be proposed to the Nobel prise for digital economy in 2015

This  was just another way to present myself because in the realitty i do not want to be there because as i do not speak English i do not know how to tanks good ,my mum ,my family and all a big list of international Foundations ,academic institutes which will help implementing this project


Until them do not forget a main thing

 African computers are very well connected with USAand  EU ones ,Because of this using my economic and digital sciecne skils i will help African countries to  get billions dollars from USA ,EU This will happen because according to this project concept African countries in order to valorise their Talents ,Traditions and Tourism apart of some others special projects they will publish awesome ebooks ,tools apps which will be download in USA  by dozens of millions citizens,with 10 -15 dollars
Given that things will be done in such a professional way in a short time it can be download more than 700 000 units we hade presented a first example how Africa can valorise his 3 Magic Ts

HOW EU CAN USE MULTICULTURAL ADVANTAGES GET BILLIONS AND CREATE MILLIONS OF JOBS

This is another fantastic projects It had been created to surprise in a very positive way ,mr  David Cameron Angela Merkel By this occasion Africans will teach Europe Union how they can use their multicultural  advantages get billions and create millions jobs Given that this will be possible because of immigrants for the  first time in history EU citizens  will consciencializise that up to know they did not know what to do to transform  immigration trend in  a greate source to get billions and create millions of jobs

but this is not all because those projects will help mr David cameron  to escape defenitivly from UKIP
